MM-400/800系列5項新設計,量測效能全面升級:
■(Z軸)測定性能提升
MM-800採用同軸雷射(TTL)，Z軸對焦量測工件時無死角，並搭配Auto Focuse系統及Focusing Aid(對焦輔助)可有效降低人為的測定誤差，提升量測精度。
■光學效果的提升
由CF45(同焦點距離45mm)加強至CFI60(同焦點距離60mm)無形中使在高倍的觀察下，可使工件的解析度增加，標準高倍率之工作距離也可至1mm。
■操作功能加強
仍維持粗調和微調的裝置，並可加裝自動的功能，可使機器達到半自動化，提升量測精度，使量測的數據達到高精度標準。
■燈源的選擇
除傳統的鹵素燈外，並可選配高輝度白色LED燈源，可讓使用者不需再更換燈泡，且可配置8方向式LED 燈，死角的部份也可量測。
由原本的250mm*150mm，擴充至300mm*200 mm，讓使用者在放置大型工件時，不需煩惱。
